This tag card has been made by Janette in one of her classes she has used the 'Luscious Lily' set ref: 2400058a. The Lily was stamped onto a white tag, and the ink was applied using the 'Direct to Paper' technique, this is one Janette’s favourite techniques.

Mystery Gentleman - Sherlock

I was having a look around the website and found this set of stamps, they are currently on sale, and they are a bargain, I think this set was issued in a 2009 as a project club, so some of you may still have them, if not the reference number is 2300016a and it’s called the ‘Mystery Gentleman Set’.  I wanted to use a background stamp for the pattern on the coat and found a dogtooth stamp, this pattern seems to be very in at the moment so thought it would be prefect, the reference number for that stamp is 0604058a.

Petal Passion - Rita

These two lovely cards were made by Rita (paperfolder) this pink and black card is very touchy feely, with its velvety ribbon, this photo hasn't really picky up the subtle shine of this card, the pink is gorgeous, very girlie.
Creams and browns, very nice combination, again you can't see the pearlescent shine on the flowers.  Rita has also cut into one of the flower heads to make the individual leaves.
These are the reference numbers for the stamps Rita has used:
'Petal Passion' 2400065a
and the sentiment is from the
'Grand Word Perfect' stamp set 1803161a

That's all for today, have a nice weekend everyone.

Petal Passion - Jackie

I made this display of flowers using the new stamp set called 'Petal Passion' reference number 2400065a, I think you got that from the title lol.  There is a really lovely verse about friendship on this set, but I got a bit carried away with the flowers to use it, maybe next card J  Like I said to Faye 'It's amazing what you can do with 5 ProMarkers and a good stamp set!!'
ProMarkers used were:
Forest Green
Pine
Berry Red
Amber
Sunflower

Luscious Lily - Dawn

I have had requests for more of the Luscious Lily photos, so I will be adding some more very soon.  In the meantime here is one of Dawn's, doesn't that lily look really shiny, if you look closely you may be able to see the glitter in the petals, beautiful.  I'm loving the yellow.
Details of the stamps Dawn used are:
'Luscious Lily' stamp set ref: 2400058a
'Plain Alphabet with Words' ref: 2400050a or the
'Plain Alphabet' ref: 1801012a without the extra words
and Dawn has also used the
'Kyrstal Tips Alphabet' ref: 1900006a this is the lower case set or you can get the
'Krystal Tips Upper and Lower' ref: 2400012a, really useful set of stamps these.

Old Fashioned Phone

This is one of our new stamps, it’s called ‘Old Fashioned Phone’ ref: 1405014a. I used it with the ‘Krystal Tips Upper and Lower Alphabet’ ref: 2400012a, I really like using these alphabet letters, they let you stamp any message you like, so I thought I’d give our old fashioned phone a modern answer phone message. I first stamped the message to see what size card I’d end up with, this card is a 6 x 6, I then trimmed it down very slightly and used an EK Success border punch at the top of the white card and used a corner rounder on the bottom of the card. The pattern background is from the Papermania Capsule Collection – Sunshine Paper Pack, I cut to size and again used the border punch, this time at the top and the bottom of the paper. The flourishes are from the Spellbinders – Floral Flourishes set, once cut out I gave them a little dusting of Distress Ink – Old Paper. The circle has been cut out using Spellbinders – Picot Edge Circles and before removing the white card from the die I used a little of the ‘Old Paper’ ink around the edge. I stamped both the letters and the phone with VersaFine – Onyx Black and heat embossed with detail clear embossing powder. The phone has been coloured in using ProMarkers – Spice, Terracotta, Raw Sienna, Warm Grey 1, 2 & 3 and used the Cool Grey 1 to highlight all around the edge of the phone. To finish off I used some crystal gems to pick up all the colours in the pattern background.
