Occasional Orchid

A little while ago I found these two lovely cards at the Unit (Dimension Stamps HQ lol), unfortunately they don't have any names on.  they have been made using 'the Occasional Orchid' set ref: 2400066a.

Petal Passion – Janette

For this card Janette has used the ‘Petal Passion’ stamp set for the flower reference number 2400065a and the sentiment is from ‘The Occasional Orchid’ reference number 2400066a.

Occasional Orchid – Dawn

For this card Dawn has used ‘The Occasional Orchid’ stamp set ref: 2400066a, and the sentiment is ‘Happy Birthday’ ref: 1803064a.

Janette used ‘The Occasional Orchid’ for this card reference number 2400066a.

Creative Stamping

These are the cards featured in the current issue (5) of Creative Stamping magazine and the first one can been seen on the front cover, the magazine has actually sold out now but the stamps haven’t.  J

I used the ‘Forever Floral’ ref: 2400061a and the ‘Grand Word Perfect’ ref: 1803062a stamp sets.  The Flower Pot is a Spellbinder die as is the Floral Oval.

For this card I used ‘A Touch of …. Summer’ ref: 0701087a and the ‘Word Perfect’ ref: 1803160a stamp sets. I also used some Angelina Fibres - Shimmering Cobalt Blue and some Fusible Film - Shimmering Peacock for the flower sections.

For this card I used ‘The Occasional Orchid’ ref: 2400066a stamp set. I kept it quite plain and the embossing folder is from Cuttlebug and is called ‘Birds and Swirls’.

The stamps I used for this card are ‘A Touch of … Summer’ ref: 0701087a and ‘Petal passion’ ref: 2400065a. I coloured this card in watercolours.

It's coffee time

I'm going to put my kettle on now and have a read, lol. Just a quick post to say we are in this issue (99) of Simply Cards and Papercraft under the Coffee Break section.

It was hard trying to remember it had to be a quick card, I kept wanting to add other bits and pieces. J

What a really good idea, I’ve never seen one of these before.  For this glass mat Sue has used ‘The Occasional Orchid’ stamp set ref: 2400066a.

Sue has been making some more bunting, but this time she has used ‘The Occasional Orchid’ ref: 2400066a.  Sue has used the ‘Plain Alphabet with Words’ ref: 2400050a as well as the ‘Crown Jubilee’ ref: 1807005a.  The bunting does look really effective hanging across the unit.
